At Taylor, every piece is carefully curated for you. Still, we understand that sometimes a change of mind happens. Our goal is to make returns and exchanges as seamless as possible while ensuring that every client feels confident and cared for.
Online Purchases
- You may return or exchange items purchased online either by mailing them back.
- Exchanges for online purchases can be completed by mailing back your item and placing a new order.
Regular-Priced Merchandise
- Returns: Within 14 days of the shipping date, you may receive a full refund to your original method of payment. Within 30 days, you may return for merchandise credit issued on a Taylor Digital Gift Card. After 30 days, we can no longer accept returns.
- Exchanges: Online purchases can be exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date.
Sale Merchandise
- Items marked with a discount, not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Items must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Shoes must be returned in the original box.
- Intimates, shapewear, hosiery, face masks, personalized items, and gift cards are final sale.
How to Mail Back an Online Return
You can start a return directly from your Taylor account or via the Order Tracking Form if you checked out as a guest.
- Sign into your account and access your Order History.
- Select Return Items and fill out the return request form.
- Review and confirm. You’ll receive a Return Confirmation email.
Returns must be sent back using the return label provided by Taylor.
Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your package. You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact Taylor Client Care within 30 minutes of placing it (during business hours). We’ll do our best to assist.
Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Returns of purchases made with a gift card will be refunded back to a gift card as merchandise credit.
Your safety is our priority. All transactions on our store are processed through Shopify Payments, a secure and integrated solution that follows the highest international standards for e-commerce security.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will ship the next business day. Excludes Special Order items.
Order Cut-Off Times
Standard Shipping
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm ET will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
Express & Priority Shipping
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm ET will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.
During sales or holiday periods, please allow for extra processing time.
Shipping Restrictions
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are only eligible for Standard Shipping. Please allow additional delivery time.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or US Territories.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We are only able to ship to one address per order. If you would like items delivered to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
Taxes & Duties
Prices shown on the Taylor website do not include sales tax.
Sales tax (when applicable) and shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed in your order summary.
No additional duties apply for orders within the United States.
Order Tracking
Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Order History
Signed-in clients can view tracking in Order History.
If you checked out as a guest, you can use the Order Tracking link at the bottom of our website with your order details.
Please note, it may take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Refused Shipments
We take great care to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. If your package appears damaged, please accept the delivery and contact Taylor Client Care for assistance.
If you refuse an order without prior authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.
